As a Praszek Renovations client, you will work with our architect and an interior designer to scope out the beautiful and functional basement of your dreams. We’ll spare you the hassle of getting permits – owner Kamil Praszek handles those, at no additional cost to you other than the municipality’s fee for the permit itself.

Based on your preference and local building code, we will use wood or metal to frame out your basement. We will add insulation, heating and air conditioning, wiring, and plumbing as needed while building out your space, ensuring everything is installed safely and efficiently. Our team will coordinate each phase of construction to keep the project on schedule and minimize disruption to your home.

Careful attention will be given to finishes and details to create a comfortable, polished space that matches your vision and complements the rest of your home.
